Institutional resilience is often based on dealing with continuous change at a rapid and high rate depending on external economic conditions; The manager has to work to change the image, then work to improve perception and awareness, make a quick decision, and then deal with the changes even if the decision is ineffective to reach the organizational’s goals and strategies.

There are common mistakes in sustainable design and construction. In order for the benefit that was relied upon in previous studies to prevail to compile a group of the most important elements of design and sustainability in construction and business, such as building design, collecting and preparing the elements and all that is needed by a set of basic elements such as balance, movement and rhythm in the interior and exterior design in building works, starting from implementation, operation, And production.

Leadership need to know the information, data, rules, roles and orientation of the culture of individuals and the group to organize operations in order to achieve the factors of business growth and to avoid the error of falling into the common problems that most administrators, owners, consultants and contractors fall into before, during and after implementation to avoid wasting time, effort and money.

To start with management; there are seven common mistakes in project management:

1- Attachment to the idea before checking feasibility, such as supply and demand.

2- Launching with weak capital.

3- Absence of the partnership contract.

4- Starting without a clear mission, vision, goals, and strategy.

5- Starting one-on-one without a team such as capital, management, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and partners.

6- Starting without a clear work system such as structure, employees, digital and digital system, culture.

7- Austerity in marketing and rehabilitation.

Then there are ten mistakes that owners make in their design.

1- Paying attention to the external appearance before the internal distributions of the projects.

2- Focusing on hospitality at the expense of living rooms.

3- Not setting a budget before the start of designs.

4- Lack of interest in interior design and furniture distribution.

5- Exaggeration in increasing the height of buildings.

6 – Lack of interest in distributing health tools and kits.

7- Lack of interest in external coordination of sites such as gardens, interlock designs and external elements.

8- Failure to renew the quality of adaptation during designs.

9- An agreement with the contractor before finalizing the approval of the plans in government departments.

10- Wait until the last moments of the government aid period to start designing projects.

Finally contractors, there are ten mistakes that contractors make during implementation.

1- Failure to compact the soil in the correct way.

2- Failure to treat nesting the correct way.

3- Treatment with water.

4- The wrong way to spray pesticides.

5- Not to separate the brickwork.

6- Excessive retinal strengthening with plaster.

7-Not to use self-compaction concrete.

8- Not to sort ceramics before installation.

9- Use untreated glass and ensure sealing.

10- Draw electrical wires before starting ceramics.
