The Ararat International Academy of Sciences (AIAS) – France, Tarptautinis  Fundamentalių Studijų  Universitetas (TFSU) –  Lithuania  , International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) –  Russia, together with the  International Higher Academic  Council (IHAC), has gladly organized the “XII  World Scientific Congress” in celebrating the “XI  World Scientific Congress” which is  to be held on the  18-19  of  December, 2019 at COMITÉ NATIONAL OLYMPIQUE ET SPORTIF FRANÇAIS, Paris, France.

A remarkable point of this congress is that over 250 scientists representing over 72 nations worldwide are due to participate, and present their dissertation reports, also exposing their new technological inventions and role of science in future. Other attendees include the ex-President of UNESCO, distinguished delegates representing different nations worldwide, diplomats such as ambassadors, high commissioners, intellectuals, renowned scientists, academicians and professors representing many globally recognized universities from , Russia, USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Korea, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Iran, UAE, Finland, India and many more. Representatives of Sri Lanka include Cabinet Ministers along with Scientists and VIPs.

 The necessity to have new ideas stimulating the development of science grows day by day. Therefore, entire work of the Congress is penetrated by the idea of the material and spiritual interaction of the science and arts development, which makes it extremely beneficial and necessary for the education, development and improvement of science and cinema arts. It really makes them practically important and vitally significant for the humanity, every living creature, for the fostering of mutual understanding and spiritual enrichment between the people in the whole world, and in this way, strengthens the peace in the modern world.

The objective of the congress is to find solutions for the social expectations arisen due to rapid advances in Science and Technology as well as implementation research in the scientific study of methods to promote the systematic uptake of research findings and other evidence-based practices into routine practice, and, hence, to improve the quality and effectiveness of health services and care.

Co-President of the Congress : Prof. Santhi Jayasekera, Rector of IUFS, President of IHAC , Russia.

Prof. Santhi  Jayasekera , being a world renowned scientist, possessing invaluable medals and awards, is due to address the gathering on the topic, “Interdisciplinary Approach of Environmental Research and Art and Culture”. Prof.Agop Kerkiacharian, Federico Mayor, Prof. Jesus Pintor, Francosco Sánchez Madrid, Antonio Ramón Martínez, are also due to address the gathering on various topics at multiple sessions of the congress.

We also hereby invite the scientists and researchers interested in this program to submit the respective dissertations and also introduce new innovations and suggestions, thereby joining hands with us for each successful session, and the publication of final book of the Congress. Maybe in three volumes:   Art, Science and Peace.

Cultural show

A cultural show focused on classic, and Folk Music and dance is due to be staged on the 9th of September 2019, with the participation of many famous International artists representing Russia, Germany, France, Lithuania as well as Sri Lanka to light up the event. The participants are due to be awarded an invaluable internationally recognized certificate appreciating their talents, by the Rector of IUFS University, Prof. Santhi Jayasekera.

Art and Science research publication exhibition

At this juncture, we especially focus about the scientists (Authors) who wouldn’t be able to show up at the event, by allowing them to yet exhibit their publications at the “Art & Science Exhibition”. For those who cannot participate due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact organizers via email and submit the relevant documents, which will still be exhibited at the congress. We will also be issuing a certificate, mentioning that their publications were exhibited at ” the Art and Science research publication exhibition” which will be held in UNESCO premises, France.” This would be a great asset to expand their publications and obtain an international recognition, globally.
Moreover, under the leadership of Prof. J.S.K Jayasekara, Vice-President of IHAC, many scientists, doctors representing various fields  and other high caliber personalities representing the parliament of Sri Lanka are due to grace the occasion. A few more famous Sri Lankan artists who will be participating for the cultural show, will also be heading to the occasion under the leadership of Prof. J.S.K Jayasekara.

Registration

A) The duly filled forms should be signed and submitted along with other relevant registration documents electronically via e-mail.

B) When submitting your registration documents, please ensure that you arrange them in the following order for submission: 

·             A Clear Passport copy

·             Filled Registration Form

·             Hotel Reservation

Letter of Invitation and  Visa: 

If you require a Schengen visa, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the congress organizers to help facilitate the visa process. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates. 

Some embassies may need to verify that registration fees have been paid in full and may require applicants to appear in person for an interview, causing delays in the application process. Applicants affected by these procedures are informed that additional screening is needed. Therefore, attendees should apply for a visa no later than 45 days prior to the congress. 

Participants’ visas will be procured through the French Embassies “visa application centers” worldwide. Priority visa issuance authorization letter will be given to the confirmed participants and their entry visas will be issued within seven (5) working days.
