According to the first principle of the constitution of the World Health Organization “Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in which disease and infirmity are absent”. Nevertheless, there are several pathways through which pathogens can invade a host. The principal pathways have different episodic time frames, but soil has the longest or most persistent potential for harboring a pathogen. Diseases in humans that are caused by infectious agents are known as pathogenic diseases, though not all diseases are caused by pathogens. The major goal of physical medicine and rehabilitation treatment is to help a person function optimally within the limitations placed upon them by a disabling impairment or disease process for which there is no known cure.
To prevent pathogenic interventions several sanitation “levels” are being used to compare sanitation service levels within countries or across countries. The sanitation ladder defined by the Joint Monitoring Programme in 2016 starts at open defecation and moves upwards using the terms “unimproved”, “limited”, “basic”, with the highest level being “safely managed”. Lack of access to sanitation has an impact not only on public health but also on human dignity and personal safety. It is known that the most effective preventive arrangement against pathogenic interventions is interdisciplinary preventive monitoring of population health.
Such approach as interdisciplinary preventive package of measures is the basis of fruitful activity of the International University of Fundamental Studies in Saint-Petersburg. Main results are summarized in materials of IUFS`s magazine “Spirit of Time” and other numerous articles and monographs.
Some results of researches of authors` group organized by the management of prof. Santi Jayasekera, President of the International Higher Academic Council, Rector of IUFS (Saint-Petersburg), as illustrations are given below.
“AUTHOR’S TECHNIQUE “THE FIERY CHI KUNG” IS THE ANCIENT METHOD OF PSYCHOEMOTIONAL CORRECTION AND PHYSICAL RECOVERY OF THE PERSON” by Zhanat Kozhamzharov, Prof., PhD. In this article change of representations of a physical picture of the Universe is considered. Creation of the uniform theory of the field demands the choice of basic physical constants. The new method of the choice of frequency is analyzed, justification of calculations and its practical use is carried out.
“COMPREHENSIVE FRAMEWORK” AS THE UNIVERSAL LAW OF COMMUNICATION, METHODOLOGY OF EDUCATION&INTELLIGENCE” by Yuri Soldatenkov, Prof., GPhD. In this work it is reported the methodology of extraction of sense of any considered problem (the phenomenon, object …), its entities, structure and criterion function, and also its representation in summary form according to system approach by two-dimensional (multidimensional) structure.
“FRAUDBALL” AS SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE OF INDIVIDUALLY ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES” by Santi Jayasekera, FullProf., GPhD, Igor Yaitchnikov, Prof., GPhD. In FRAUDBALL effective tactical decisions in realization of dynamic strategic policy of sport game at an acute shortage of time and psychophysical resource opportunities of the individual athlete against athletes of another team were created due to the author’s new method of supplement third team application without goal and goalkeeper. The FRAUDBALL`s technology increases efficiency of pedagogical process, interest of pupils in the studied subject of a concrete academic subject. We are in the very beginning, and we will be grateful to all for the attention shown to it and constructive participation.

Scientists pay attention to diagnostics of a woman emotional state and feature of carrying out correctional work of the psychologist.

The special place of the psychological factors influencing infertility is noted and it is offered to consider psychogenic infertility as one of the main forms of infertility.
“INFORMATION MEDICINE AS DIGITAL ILLNESS PREVENTION AND TREATMENT” by V. Majkov, FullProf., GPhD. The basic principle of our method of treatment consists in normalization of information matrix of the person without application of medicines. It includes normalization of nervous system work and formation of the program of health in consciousness of the person. It also develops normalization of rate of fluctuations of whole body, systems of an organism, correction of power information program of health. The author’s technique of the applied massage on reflexogenic zones of the emotional and strong-willed sphere and so the energy potential of cages is usually restored. Meanwhile normalization of a homeostasis, immune protection of an organism increases as result.
To summarize recent scientific results of IUFS (Saint-Petersburg) according to Global Pandemic Problems we belief that interdisciplinary research efforts must be concentrate first of all around Technosphere Digital Environments of the Young People Development, humanization of education to restore Biological Evolutionary Mature of Homo Sapience.
