INFORMATION REPORT
At the meeting of Scientific Council of IUHAC the decision about inclusion of the program of wide studying and practical application of an innovative preparation of new generation “CELL BALANCE” to the number of scientific and practical events of the University was accepted.
Innovative preparation “CELL BALANCE” is a liquid on the basis of hexagonal water, including ions of molecular sodium, hydrogen, oxygen, zinc. The use of “CELL BALANCE” provides a complex action on the body, improves efficiency, reduces the symptoms of emotional and physical stress, balances the immune system. The product can be used for all acute and chronic diseases. “CELL BALANCE is also a very powerful antioxidant that enhances the effects of other drugs. Not being a “panacea”, the innovative medication “CELL BALANCE” should become indispensable element in the treatment of a wide range of patients, a mandatory component of anti-aging programs, rehabilitation programs after severe (including COVID-19) diseases.

In order to implement the programme it is planned to establish a separate scientific and practical division (laboratory) in the structure of the University, which will be responsible for the implementation of this project.
