INFORMATION MESSAGE
At the ceremony of the World Scientific Congress of the International Higher Academic Council in Paris (France) (Inter-Universtiy Higher Academic Council -IUHAC, Paris), held on December 24, 2023, it was unanimously decided to approve the results of the interaction with the Association “ENCOURAGEMENT PUBLIC” (France).
This year, on the recommendation of the Paris Higher Interuniversity Academic Council, Inna Tochilova was awarded the title of Commander of Musicology / (pianoforte)
Inna Tochilova (Russian Federation) is one of the youngest women to have been awarded the title of Commander for talent in piano performance.
The Association “ENCOURAGEMENT PUBLIC” is a French mutual aid organisation and a body for moral, social and civic actions of solidarity and universal concord, founded in 1932 by citizens for citizens.
The Association is headed by its President, Mr Alain Pisani, Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite pour services rendus au Grand Cordon de l’Encouragement Public.
The Association’s mission is to foster noble sentiments of justice, mutual aid and solidarity, to encourage devotion and altruism in all its forms, to promote a broad movement of moral progress and understanding of union and harmony between all peoples, to provide, as far as possible and according to their resources, moral and financial assistance to families in need following the disability or death of one of their members caused by an act of devotion.
