- Preamble
In consideration of the molecular-cellular mechanisms of development of hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes and to assess the axonal injury after an ischemic stroke use is made of the method of determining the immunoreactivity of amyloid precursor protein (amyloid precursor protein APP) which is transported by the fast axonal anterograde flow. Use is also made of the ecometaphenomenological-essential evolution (Goal instinct) for comprehensive consideration of the process and identification of optimal states and qualities of human health.

The priority of the discovery: on May 28, 2015 the materials on the discovery were reported at the International Conference on Health and Sport and discussed and approved by medical specialists. They were recommended for registration for International Patents at the IIIP (28.05.2015).
- Essence of the discovery
The essence of this discovery in the area of ecometaphilosophy of the activity of the healthy and sick brain in ecomegaevolution of the superior functions on animals as applied to the man is analysis of the molecular-cellular mechanisms of development of hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes and the subsequent synthesis of the initial assessments of different axonal injuries after an ischaemic stroke and effective use of the method of determining the immunoreactivity of amyloid precursor protein which is emergently transported in the organism by the relevant axonal anterograde flow. It was mostly APP immunoreactivity that was noted in swollen astrocytes, dystrophic neurons and neuronal perikaryon along the periphery of the infracted zone.
The model experiments have revealed that melatonin blocks the apoptosis caused by B-amyloid peptide 25-35 (B-AP) in the culture of hippocampal neurons preventing condensation of chromatin and DNA fragmentation.
Moreover, this area of ecometaphilosophy of the activity of the healthy and sick brain in ecomegaevolution of the superior functions on animals as applied to the man can be used on the basis of such areas as Molecular and Cellular Immunology (IHAC 31.115) and Medical Physiology and Pathophysiology (IHAC 31.164).
